As part of our ongoing commitment to your well-being, the Institute for English Language Education (IELE) and the Theodore Maria School of Arts invite you to take a step back from your busy academic schedules and Find Your Calm.

We are pleased to announce a series of guided mindfulness and breathing meditation sessions designed to help you recharge, focus, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you are looking to manage academic stress or simply want to start your day with a clear mind, these sessions offer a welcoming space for everyone.
