Faculty of Arts Kicks Off “Understanding MBTI for Your Mental Health” Workshop Series

The Faculty of Arts at Assumption University of Thailand successfully hosted the opening session of the workshop series “Understanding MBTI for Your Mental Health” on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Arts Space @ CL 11th.

The interactive inaugural session brought together a vibrant mix of students, academic lecturers, and staff members, all eager to explore how personality insights can foster self-awareness, improve personal well-being, and build healthier relationships.

Special thanks go to guest speaker Sally Tan and her team—Certified MBTI Trainers from Brighton Academy Singapore—for delivering an engaging, insightful, and practical workshop. The Faculty of Arts also extends its sincere appreciation to the organizing team, staff, and enthusiastic attendees whose active participation made the launch a resounding success.

This workshop is part of a 3-series program designed to help participants discover their personality type, understand their mind, and apply MBTI principles to communication and workplace success.
Participants enrolled in the series are reminded to mark their calendars for the remaining two mandatory sessions:
 * Session 2: Friday, September 18, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)
 * Session 3: Friday, November 13, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)
 * Venue: Arts Space @ CL 11th floor

We look forward to seeing all registered participants again in September as we continue this journey of self-discovery and mental health empowerment!
