Arts Faculty Meeting and Training 2024

Theodore Maria School of Arts Faculty Meeting and Training 2024 was held on March 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Wiman Bangpli Room, CL Building, Assumption University (Suvarnabhumi campus). The event brought together faculty members for a day of insightful presentations, professional development, and knowledge exchange.

The day began with a Welcome Address by the Dean: Dr. Chayada Thanavisuth, who emphasized the significance of academic collaboration and the ongoing pursuit of excellence within the Arts Faculty. The meeting then featured a series of engaging sessions designed to support faculty research and teaching.

One highlight of the event was a research training session by Prof. Dr. Budsada Kanoksilpatham from the Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University, on the topic "Leveraging Technology in ESL Research and Practice: Exploring the Role of AI and Digital Tools."

This was followed by two research-sharing presentations. Dr. Rusma Kalra delivered a talk on "The Editor's Red Flag List: What Gets Your Paper Rejected Instantly," sharing crucial advice for researchers on common pitfalls to avoid in academic publishing. Lastly, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sureepong Phothongsunan provided practical insights in his presentation, *"From Classroom to Conference: Practical Insights on Researching and Presenting in Language Teaching".

The event concluded at 3:00 PM, leaving participants with fresh knowledge and practical tools to enhance their academic work and teaching practices.
